no xp penalty when raising a deity neutral adventurer

I was travelling earlier today and raised a a friend, Goldwin Blacknight, who follows Dorand.  Mist views Dorand in the neutral sense; however, after raising him, I got no xp penalty.  He did have a soulstone but there should be still a penalty under the new raising rules correct?  I looked and scrolled through the messages (not sure what it's called but the one the does the play by play when in battle) and nothing was noted about an xp penalty as their usually is in the yellow text (at least its yellow for me).  Just curiuos if anyone else noticed this?

The only time you're penalized XP if the dead player has a soulstone is if they are enemy.

Ugh, yep that's right.  I thought it said something else.  Wish my visual memory was as good with words as it is objects.  Thanks.  I'll assume I misread the bold text.
