Title: Polymorph self help

I just took the polymorph self spell and when I cast it it only turns me into a spider. How do I select what transformation I want besides the spider?

Dont pull it directly from your spellbook to your quickbar. Select the quickslot you want, and manual use the radial to select the spells there, that should give you the option for the pixie, zombie, umberhulk and troll besides the spider.
