This would've been over in under 10 words it would've been as simple as "please don't talk about that in this server", but he was nasty, he refused to talk and people continue to censor me. As opposed to being courteous, kind and polite. Why even bother to ban me? What does it achieve?

His e-mail, such as you posted, was polite, if firm, and stated his position clearly.  You were banned from this forum.  Speaking in terms of definition, rather than mechanics, this means that you are not, barring a rescinding of the ban, ever permitted back.  To allow you to continue to post to the forum would put the lie to the concept of a ban in general.

Please do not continue to spam the forum.  It is disruptive, and achieves nothing other than to annoy the administrative staff and the playerbase.  The truth, as you see it, is now available to all - and since they have your contact, they can speak to you at length about it at any time they wish.   The post remains and will remain.

However, if you continue doing this, we may have no choice but to summarily delete any further posts from you, in addition to banning any subsequent created accounts.  You were and are banned.  Please leave this forum be and get on with your life.  If you wish to address me, you have my e-mail.  But leave the forum out of it.
