West server - BANNED

I tried to log into the West server as Ygraine Ursus a few times and was told my password was incorrect, so I tried several times to get it right then got a message saying I have been BANNED!!

I can log into Central aok so I am not sure what happened other than I may have tried too often.

Can someone please lift the ban for me?

It seems the server is rejecting my login too so maybe a larger fault?
