A Package Arrives At the Arms

A package arrives at the Arms one morning, carried by an unfamiliar courier. It is addressed to Steel, but those few familiar with her handwriting recognize the script as Jaelle Thornwood's.

The package is moved.

A few days later a second package, almost the twin of the first, arrives at the Arms' doorstep by courier. The addressee and the handwriting are identical. There is no return address; the sender either doesn't expect or desire a reply or has other means of contact.
