*Marks some of the minimum bids down.*

This is an auction of items left in a room. Everything WILL be sold, either here or at the pawn shop.

Dear sir,
If your alternative to selling these items is the pawnshop, may I suggest donating them instead?
The items remaining without bids you have listed far below their actual value, and there are some who could make good use of them. The Foundation has public donation crates in 108 Hempstead, and there are many other places that would take these items as donations as well.
Thank you,
~Drexia

*Laughs to himself as he sees to whom it is addressed. So he is compelled to repeat it.* Sir. *Finishes his laughing and writes a reply.*

 Dear Ma'am, *snickers*
Hard to pay the bills with donation tickets. You stated, "...listed far below their actual value..." I have to counter with, if there is no bid, there is no value. However, the pawnshop will almost always pay. Unless, for some reason, they claim to have no money, which is more and more these days. But anyway, I did put a minimum to try to preserve the value of the items. I can't help if people don't want the stuff.

If you would like to discuss the matter further, perhaps over lunch at the tavern. My treat, of course.

 Thanks for your comments,

Sorry, spiderman, your bid is invalid due to not meeting minimum required bid. Therefore, your bid has been stricken from the records.

 Many apologies!
