Title: Parchment Folder - Removal of parchments

It would be great if one could delete parchments from the folder directly in LORE.

It's a big hazzle to remove the papers one and one IG and thought it might be nifty to do that in LORE instead. :)

We didn't put that feature in originally because we felt it bent the spirit of RP, however, get say 10 or more people who all want this feature and I'll put it on the list of things TODO.

IV if it is possible to also remove parchment folders....because I have 2-3 parchment folders  in LORE that I do not have anymore.

I'll support it.  It's basically a character crumpling up a parchment and throwing it away... just on their own time.  Six, then.
