Title: Leather strip by-product of tanning

Suggest making a leather strip a by-product of a tailoring tanning failure (right now it's 57 trues or a worg leather and a thread to make)

Makes sense as if you failed tailoring you would be left with sraps.

You're asking for this any time you try to craft [Animal Name] Leather on the Hide Rack?

Yes anytime you try to use hide rack and fail you get a twisted leather strip
