Move Horse and Bull to player when restarting the server

Hellblazer:
When  a server restart and the PC is sent to the path of the storm, would it be possible to have the Horse and the Bull ported there at the same time?

I'm not sure if it's a bug, but when ever I use the Bring me to the last location I logged in, it always brings me back to the path of the storm, I'm thinking that at least for the horse it would be beneficial if it was ported to the player, this way he doesn't have to wonder where he left it ?
