Suggestion - Water canteens

Would it be possible to cut down the amount of charges Water Canteens have and give the single charge more quenching power?

As they are now they have five charges that quench four points of thirst so I'd suggest changing it into two charges that quench ten points of thirst.

This would cut down the excess gulping.

to add to this, each canteen is .5 lbs of weight with or without water. I was thinking though before Reventage stated, that empty it have .1, with 1 charge still .1, and then with each additional charge it gets .1 ending at charge 5 with .5 weight.

Perhaps the weight doesn't have to change.. but half a pound in a canteen as Reventage says, should definately quench thirst, and it takes about one and a half canteens to do so if you've taken the stat damage from dying of thirst.

um...i was thinking about weight too, but if a canteen is only one liter that is still 2 lbs, not .5. These .5 full canteens we are carrying around must have...one cup of water in them, even if the canteen weighs nothing.

Sen hates me for saying it but full canteens really ought to weigh more. 0.5 empty, 2 full.
