    Housing system questions
    « on: August 02, 2005, 08:52:00 pm »
Hey all,  im looking for some information on the housing system.  I have basic knowlege but im not sure on a couple issues...

What is the currect placeable limit for the diffrent types of houses?

Is there a reaccuring fee that must be paid to keep the house after the initial purchase?

When you buy a home they ask you somthing about insurance or whatnot... what exactly does that insure you from?

    Think thats it  Thanks!

Around 200.  "Is there a reaccuring fee that must be paid to keep the house after the initial purchase? "
No.  In later updates on this system there certainly will be--including raw resources--but not at this time.  "When you buy a home they ask you somthing about insurance or whatnot... what exactly does that insure you from? "
It is a system that was never finished (and not by anybody on the Layo team) so it does not really insure against anything... think of it as taxes for now. :)

This is just a personal character related question.
How does a gnome go about finding a place to live, when all she wants is a traditional gnomish home and workshop that exists under and within the roots of a tree?
You guessed it, gnomes are burrowers not town-living slickers like most races. A gnome only needs four things when wanting to find a home. A large tree with good root system, a shovel, a pick and an wood axe. Woolah! All the fixings to make themselves a home.
