Title: Stoneskin and rangers

Being that rangers only get 4 spells circle, they are not able to take eschew 2. Therefor, would it be possible to make a special feat for rangers that would work like eschew but including all spell levels, or at any case, enable a feat that would allow ranger to cast 4rth circle spells without materials?

Eschew 1 works for Ranger level 4 spells once the Ranger reaches level 14.
