// Howdy! I decided to try something a little different with one of my new characters, Slessanaa the druid ... his CDT would be entirely made up of poems/poetry.

I was trying to write a relevant limerick but decided not to post it into his CDT for fear it would turn the whole attempt at creativity into a farce!

So, instead, here it is!

A druid took his wolf for a walk,
No fighting please, just talk,
Yet by unfortunate chance,
They chatted near ants,
A passing bard could but gape, giggle and gawk.

If of interest, feel free to add your own creations!

Here was version one ... I have decided I really shouldn't be on the writing team.

There was a young druid from Hempstead,
Who wept and wailed to see birds dead,
Be it raven, hawk or hen,
Eagle, bluejay or wren,
It saddened the sensitive druid from Hempstead.

There was a young druid from Hlint
Whose eyes were like twin chips of flint
But he then, in his ire
Set a hunter afire
And burned down the wood with him in't!

One druid from far-off enclave
Declar'd that all oxen are "slaves"!
While munching on kale
Mine lifted her tail
And plopped down her views of the knave.

One druid who lives near the Port
Thought cleaning and dusting a sport
His plan was quite swell, see
And his mate will sure tell, he
Turned to minotaur 'cuz elf was too short
