I strike from the dark,
Leaving my mark,
Then I am gone,
Lost to the dawn.
I am.. your worst nightmare.


Your best is never good enough.
You must go beyond yourself, to become truly extraordinary.


We fear only that which we do not understand.
Our subconscious is the most powerful tool we posses.


We are all one.
We are all connected.
It is the feeling of separateness that has brought the world to where it is today.


At the root of all your problems, is yourself.
Only you know the answers to your problems.
If you stop questioning yourself, you'd be amazed at the things that would change.


Free your mind.
It is closed mindedness that limits you from being the incredible person you truly are.


XTC - You are your worst nightmare.


To see the world is a gift,
To see beyond the world, Is extraordinary.


If we could only see the other dimensions.. what would we see?


To say you are not closed minded, is only proof that you are.


Insanity - To put the same thing in over and over, and expect different results.
We must change who we are, to become what we long to be.


The body and spirit long to be healthy..
We don't spend a day getting sick, and a weeks getting better..
We spend years getting sick, and weeks getting better.


The mind and body and spirit are one.
It is when we try and separate them, that we result in insanity.
