I really feel lucky I don’t need to do now to what Aerimor aka. Janson did :D

That reminds me my own army training in military police. Well, it was not OC spray but military grade Mace isn’t fun either especially when you have to inhale it. First whole squad sitting gas-masks on in the small hut filled with tear gas testing it that masks worked. Next step is to redo your mask spiced up with on (in)voluntary inhale . Last step is all took their mask off sit a while and then we had to exit the hut in orderly fashion. Holding your breath really won’t help much as tear gas goes thought all over your face and being one of the last ones you really could not hold your breath that long anyways. It was really uncomfortable but I could keep my posture although it was one of those days that army got to get rid of their excess “near expire date” stuff so their budget would not get cut. That means we got more like about 3-4 times more extra CS to burn in that small hut and it spread wider area and you got to move much longer in CS cloud.

What followed next did not go so well.

The idea here was to how to move in field that is filled with tear gas without gas-masks. So you all you had to do were to move around near the tear gas clouds as you could. And of course we got tons of extra tear gas grenades tossed in the field just so we could get rid of them. Soon most of the open field was covered with huge mace clouds. Weather was calm as it should in this training but suddenly there was a gust of wind and our whole squad was engulfed huge and thick could of tear gas. We could not see because all the tears and dense cloud all over us and first we trying to move out from the cloud in orderly fashion that soon turned in chaotic rushing, falling and crawling. We could not see, we could not breathe. Our lungs where in fire as every breath we took were inhaling tear gas and it felt like we were suffocating. Lucky for us there come another gust of wind and we got out of the cloud. I heard we where a sorry sight. More than half of our squad was flat in the ground rest in kneeling or crawling positions all with swollen teary eyes. Few where unconscious hand had to go in hospital. I personally was kneeling just struggling to breathe or more like struggling not to breath. The funny part was that my lungs burned & stung so badly that I felt I did not want to breathe anymore even after getting fresh air, never mind eyes the burned so badly I could not open them and every inch of my sweaty skin burned. I took many short gasp of breaths before I got rest of tear gas out of my lungs. Burning sensation took little longer to diminish. I had no idea how long we were in that cloud they said we were there in many minutes but felt like ages to me. Oh, it was not good idea to wipe you teary eyes with hands or any other items on you possession you got still got CS all over you. Same reason no one really wanted to get near you without gas-mask. Good thing is that it wears off about in 15-30 minutes.  Fun times!

Yes, you can if you fill Feat Prerequisites. Read my earlier post in this thread. Believe me, I have tested it.
You must level as bards and Harper scouts (Agents of the realm) to take this feat.
Lasting inspiration feat is like Weapon specialization for fighter that can only be chosen when gaining a fighter level. Or like Epic weapon specialization that can only be taken on a fighter or champion of Torm level.

Unless you have changed how this works in Layonara, you can use general feat (levels 1,3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18, epic at levels 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, and 39) to get those feats if you full fill the Prerequisite and one prerequisite is leveling in right class even if that does not show in NWN buggy feat Prerequisite list.

NOTE About Feat Prerequisites: BA must same as needed feat prerequisite before starting to level up to get feat. Skill points work differently and added skill points count when leveling up and adding them just before taking the feat. Reason to this might be that BA upgrades only after leveling up..

If you do not want to take my word on it. Feel free to test it.

You must be meaning level 27 as bard20/duelist5 won't get feat on level 26 so there is no way you can take LI then.

Dear Kylie,

Even if I do like challenges your booze order is a bit huge to some on of my carrying capacity. Not to mention I'm more pie maker and you probably would not want to experience taste any of my brewings.
Oh, and I really hope you are not planning to consume all that tremendous amount of booze all by yourself. If you do, it seems you drinking habits is way out of control and your health is in grave peril, unless you have found a way to change yourself as a dwarf that is *doodle that resembles smiling face*

Which dagger with fire enchantment you mean? The one with the hot fire or the one with really, really hot fire? // 1d6 or 1d8?

About axe weight issue.

Maybe you can make new throwing axes with lower base weight? By new weapon I mean melee weapon like Falchion, heavy mace, maul etc., not appearance change as in weapons like fan that use base statistics of some other weapon. That should remove issues about weight as there would not be need for extra weight reduction property that would mess up item levels and prices.

I have seen nice script one of NWN server (I can't remember where) that had some percentage for of recovery for all ammunition. After killing enemy you could pick up some of your ammunition from enemy. All it also worked in the other way that when enemy shot you might get some ammunition in your inventory too.

One of the most fun moment I had there was once that I throw axe on the enemy that was standing over the river (it could not get on to me from there with its melee weapon) and it throw it right back at me! :D

Side effect where that when playing low strength char there was possibility to become encumbered by axes throw by enemies (or darts if you where near the limit of your carrying capacity). Well in reality this is possible as thrown weapons that hurt or not hurt you might still get tangled up your clothes, backpacks and such (I’m pretty sure the script activated only if you got hit).
I heard some PCs that had bow as they main weapon had really fun moments sometimes when they fought against other bow using enemies in that server. Shooting back enemies with their own arrows. And I guess that dwarven defenders that looked like hedgehog after getting ambushed by archers could earn some coins by selling all those arrows.

I have no idea how 'heavy" this scripting was so it might be cause lag or something. Still would it not be fun that there was some changes that you could recovers some of your arrows, bolts, bullets and all throwing weapons from dead enemies bodies?
 
Maybe some lighter scripting that only applies throwing weapons with high recovery changes?

 I’m not sure how that script worked so maybe 100% recovery you be nice if the weapons hits and if you miss the target (there is always change as you can roll 1) otherwise it’s always lost? Or maybe some other solution that makes script server friendly?
Just "throwing up" some ideas. ;)

Why she felt so troubled lately? It not that she had pondered her belief this way like..... *she frowned* like for ever. So why it bothered her so much now?
*she resisted slapping her hand to her forehead as she realization suddenly hit her* It was not actually her belief on her religion that bothered her. It was what to answer people who did ask her about her believes and wanted to know more about her religion. In her home village people did not ask that question as everyone in her village worshiped Prunilla. So far she had answered what she thought was right.. Well, to her it was more what she had been taught to give as right answer.
So, if people did ask her now about her belief what would she answer? *she peered inside her* No she could net answer Prunilla that would be a lie...
“What god do you worship Lili?” *she heard herself utter softly* “Umm... I do not know.. No one I guess.” *she whispered herself keeping her eyes in the group if giants she had been tracking*
It felt like she had right answer. What would other think about her not worshiping any of the gods? *she shrugged* Well, it was their problem, it was not that she would start lying just to make other feel more comfortable. If they did not like the answer then they should not asked it in the first place. *she nodded to herself* Phew.. She was glad to get that out of her mind.
Oh.. There was lone giant separating from the bigger herd. It was time to start her hunt! *she darted forward she bow ready, smiling widely*

If those Agents of the realm do get feat in first level as NWN Harper scout then Lasting inspiration its possible to getting multiclassed character on level 23 by having 22 bard and 1 level Agents of the realm. Well of course you will have to have all those requirements needed on Agents of the realm then. ;)

How did she had blushed then when those people had corrected her. *thinking back now made her only grin widely* How about when some one asked about Prunilla? She was not able to give any good answers so she had said something vague and tried to move on or tried to change subject. Has she tried to ever learn more about her goddess, after her blunders? *she shook her head slightly keeping her eyes on the target* She really did to even give much though about Prunilla. Answer to your question is yes. You need to keep pure bard if you want that feat as soon as in level 23 as in level 23 the feat you gain is Epic Bards extra feat. If you are adamant to get that feat in level 23 then you just do not have any other choice! :)

Further explanation:
However if you are thinking about taking taking that feat in level 24 instead of level 23 then in game mechanically you do not need to remain pure bard class to level 24 to get the feat.
Only 20 level bard is needed. Game mechanically you could take 4 levels of other class and just take the last 20 level of bard (or level if Harper scout if you are level 20 bard already) when you level up your character to 24 (of course you need to push up that bard song skill minimum of 25 in this level too. Only assigned skill points count! Not skill feats feat or ability modifiers as those never count in skill calculations when it taking feats).

So in Layonara rules that means that if you want to take Lasting inspiration as soon as possible you should not multiclass because you need to get those straight 5 levels of new class unless you multiclass with Mistone Alliance Scout (if it really is same as Harper scout) and take Lasting inspiration feat in level 24 (yup, using level 24 normal feat). :D
For now any other multiclassing option you push taking Lasting inspiration in feat to level 27 as you can only take this feat when you are taking level of Bard or Harper scouts (Mistone Alliance Scout?).

Like some of  those times some of clerics seemed almost like they where sorry that they could not.. umm.. do the conductive thinkie for her saying something about their deities do not get along or something. That was really long ago, but overall she had seen that lot on her travels. Again see was getting side tracked. The conducting thinkie. Maybe every one even with out conducting thinkie could hear their deity ..umm..  instruction or advise? Not that she never ever though she have hear anything like that. Or even hear that her parent that  had tried to even implied that even they have heard about that. Well, truth was that she never had even listened her parent teaching too closely so she might have just missed this tiny bit of information. And so far she had not really ever thought to try listen her goddess. *She concentrated closing her eyes*...  ...  ...  ...  Well, this only made want to rub her itching nose after a while. Oh, so it must be clerical stuff then..  All thins thinking make her sooooo hungry she leaned towards her tiny campfire and look if her dear roast was ready. Oh great!

Soooooo... so far she had come to a conclusion that proper worshiping could not be simple thing you just did because you liked it or other general things you just did to your self or to others. Maybe it was more tied how you did it, like showing proper respect to you goddess?
When she made her arrows, traps or pie what did she thought? *she frowned* If she was doing to something to other like those rings to her dear sisters she tough warm though about them and but full efforts to items making sure she did them at the best of her ability. *her frown deepened* Nope, no goddess there. How about arrows and pies she did mostly herself? Hmm... Nope, even pies did let her down. Her only though was to make as good arrows as she could and most delicious pies she could muster. No thoughts for her goddess there either. *she scratched her head, cleared her mind and continued making her silver tipped arrows*
