The back door of the Angels Guild store is temporarily unlocked for the purpose of receiving and paying for materials for the rebuilding of Vale. Go in the side door, then through the door on the right. There is a double row of chests in the middle of the room, each labeled with the material needed, the price per item, and the number of items to be accepted. Payment is in coin in each chest. The chests are labeled as follows: Clay for Vale 25 coins each, 100 maximumCopper Ore for Vale 10 coins each, 37 maximum (2 chests) Glass for Vale 97 coins each, 37 maximum Gum Arabic for Vale 10 coins each, 100 maximum (2 chests)Iron Ingots for Vale 75 coins each, 37 maximum Mahogany Branches for Vale 200 coins each, 37 maximum Oak Branches for Vale 50 coins each, 37 maximum (2 chests) Oak Planks for Vale 120 coins each, 37 maximum Sand (bags) for Vale 40 coins each, 37 maximum (2 chests)

After years of research and acquiring support, those wishing to rebuild the village of Vale assemble a list of the material and labor requirements. Though the patrons don't know who would choose to relocate to the newly rebuilt village, especially since most of the original inhabitants were murdered, that is a problem for after there are buildings to which to relocate. - 1000 oak planks [175/1000] - 500 mahogany planks [11/500] - 5000 iron ingots (iron spikes count as two ingots) [1591/5000] - 1000 lumps of coal [1244/1000]- 1000 bits of clay [1042/1000]- 500 gum arabic [500/500]- 500 ingots of glass [506/500]- 1000 mixed ore (representing stone; can be any raw ore: copper, iron, platinum, etc.) [1001/1000]- 100 Fortune (can be provided by multiple characters) [34/100] - 500,000 True (to pay for workers, transport of goods, and other associated building costs) [528488/500000]Misc. Donations: 199 Iron Spike molds ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OOC stuff: 1. I'll update this post with a running tally of acquired goods. 2. Those wishing to collect for this effort need to place a chest (or ten) to hold items for collection AND post in this thread where the chest is placed. I'll hop in as a GM regularly and pick up the items to add to the tally. I can pick up directly from PCs (and will have to for the Fortune required), but the chests allow us to not have to coordinate being on at the same time. 3. Once everything is acquired, the Team will give the go ahead for a new area to be placed IG. 4. If you have questions, ask. Barley returns to the shop with coin in hand, and pays 12,368 True into the Transaction Record Chest. He acquires the two lion bags and two crag cat bags from the bags chest, and leaves a note for Quenton: Thank you, Quenton, good sir!
I have left coin, and acquired the four bags!
Let me know if your shop requires any crafting materials or resources and are willing to pay coin for such.

Belgar gazes longingly into the 'Miscellaneous and Sundry Jewelry' cabinet. He wonders what the price is for the 'Exceptional Phenalope Set in a Platinum Ring' as it seems not to be labeled. For a moment, he wonders if anyone would notice if he helped himself to it but thinks better of it and looks around for the shopkeep. 'Ullo? Anyone about th' place?'
A few moments pass before an elderly yet solid looking man in white robes with sky blue eyes steps into the store. "A'nnur, Master Dwarf, do you need some assistance? I am Daniel Poetr, one of the Angels Guild." Daniel squints a bit at the case in front of Belgar. "If you are wondering about prices, I believe phenalope in platinum, even one as well crafted as this is 1500 true. Of course, our resident expert in such matters, Ferrit, may think otherwise, but I will stand by that price." He smiles, fingering a gold dragonhead medallion with an emerald eye.

Hi All, I noticed the dark elves referred to as Darkie or Darky during the trip. That word, unfortunately, has been used in history as a derogatory slur for black people. Can we call them Drow instead? The word Drow is not tradmarked by wizard of the coast. Thanks!

Ok, time to declare split. For ease I have determined who get's what exact amount and put their first Letter next to their number. Raw Ore for those declared: Corky, Ryubi, Abi and QuentTitanium 30 nugs/4 = 7c, 7r, 8a, 8q Addy 1nug/4 = 1q Mithril 20nugs/4 =5c, 5r, 5a, 5q Cobalt 12 nugs/4 = 3c, 3r, 3a, 3q Mangled Ore and Ingots for those declared: Corky, Ryubi and AbiMangled Addy 10/3 = 3c, 3r, 4a Titanium Ingot 1/3 = 1a Coin was 4720 and only Corky and Abi wanted some. I'm going to log in and sell unwanted items to add to this total; so wait until I edit the post Abi and I'll post you're new share and put it in one of the chests. Also I think I'll keep two of the lost clan shields up front for a while for any that might want them. I think Wimkin said he might want one; not sure if he got it. Edit: Coin was 4720, but after selling stuff it went to10305. So you're split is 5152 Abi and I left it in the far right chest. Note: Please pick you're stuff up by Friday at 8pm edt or it becomes ours!

//Ok I got the tally. I've never done a loot split after the fact like this so I'm gona try it like this... I think anyone who wanted to look at the loot already has. I know scifi has. If you see an item you like, please go ahead and take it and post here what you took and if it's unusual what its attributes were. If anyone wants to contest you on an item they can do it here. The ore count was Titanium 30 nugs, Adamantium 1 nug, Mithril 20 nugs, and Cobalt 12 nugs. Also, 1 titanium ingot and 10 adamantium ingots (mangled addy). The gold was 4720 true. Please post here if you want a share of the ore or gold. By Wednesday 8/28 at 8pm est I will post the split based on who posted here. After that you all have until Friday 8/30 at 8pm est to get any items and your share of ore and gold. Anything left in the chests after that will be the property of Ryubi and Corky.

Hello everyone,A new update will be coming soon. Players will be required to download some new haks and a new tlk file. Highlights of the Upcoming Release Version 3.70:- In game time has been slowed from 4 RL minutes to an in game hour to 15 RL minutes to an in game hour. Spell durations are unchanged. This time slow has been approved to be in effect to 1420 as per here so in game events will have new historical dates. The forum clock has already been updated. Includes: =c layodate for getting the current date
- New animations (See video here for an example) Usage: =c setstyle Note: Not every single robe and cloak will work (look good) with these new animations, we tried to work in as many as possible.

Layonara now has its own server on Discord. We're happy to bring you this new and improved community experience, as Discord brings many tools to our forum and chat that were not previously possible in IRC. IRC will still be working as we use a bot to communicate between Discord and IRC but we encourage you to try out Discord whether it's through the web interface, the mobile app or if you download the application. Discord also keeps track of past conversations so you can catch up with anything you've missed being discussed. And for the brave among you we can set up some voice channels for you to discuss some things with a mic if that is your preferred method of communication.
