I have currently given my timezone at Europe/Copenhagen, however it seems that the calender time is one hour off with regards to time, as it claimed that Ravemores quest this weekend started at 10pm, while in reality it started at 9pm CET.

I was just talking to Ravemore earlier today and I was wondering if anyone has actually used their fortune points for anything? I for one haven't but after reading the rules again and looking at the fortune score of my characters I found that there were some quite interesting options. So I would definatly consider using the fortune on my characters in the future after I rediscovered what it could be used for. Well the time has finally come for me to grow up and actually finish my education. After having spent 9 years in Aarhus I am finally due to hand in my thesis and go out into the world. I am turning it in the 30th of this month so I wont be around too much before that.Secondly when I have -finallly- turned that in I have two weeks empty my appartment and say goodbye to my friends, as I am flying out to Japan the 15th of May to start my new life as a postdoctoral researcher. So I will be without a computer to run NWN on at least for the first bit of time. If you need to contact me though I am available through pm.

Hi everyone,Since irc is down for the time being I have to ask my question here. I was wondering who would feel comfortable with picking up Storold cdq line and running something related to the clearing of the Rift and dealing with the aftermath of that situation? Mostly related to finishing up some promises made to the inhabitants of the Rift and also relating back to the churches response after Storold had a brief meeting with the current holder of "his" possition in the church.With regards to timezones I am pretty much open for running it during the US primetime since I am still able to stay up late.

I just accidently noticed that if you select any other tab than the view forum tab when viewing the forum you loose the view forum tab. This seems a little counter intiuitive to me, although I must admit it isn't a huge issue.

As some of you might have noticed Storold hasn't been around, probably ever since the forums vent offline really... The reason is that Storolds bottompusher is currently not at home, so he doesn't have access to a computer which will run nwn or time to play with all the amazing people at the moment. Right now I am on my change of research enviroment tour, which has taken me to Wako Sataima prefecture in Japan. For those who do not want to consult google/wikipeadia about the location of this place I can inform you that it is in what most westerners would probably just call Tokyo  Although as I learned that is actually a rather geographically limited area compared to what I previous thought was Tokyo city. Hopefully I will be able to return to tell more stories from Storolds bench in november when I am back in Denmark. So everyone stay safe until then and don't do something that Storold wouldn't do

Hey everyone, I have recently installed nwn on a new compter and I have found this annoying glitch: http://forums.layonara.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=143393&ppuser=1857I can't remember how you fix this, the problem isn't stuff lacking textures, I can live with that, the problem is the big box originating from Storolds cloak which makes it impossible to navigate.

I am so fortunate that I will be going to the States for two conferences in around 2-1½ months from now. As for what goes on during those I have things pretty much under control. However between the conferences I have to travel from Minneapolis to Boulder(Very close to Denver) and I have around three days to make the drive. I am driving with a colleague who unfortunately doesn't have a license, so I will be doing all the driving myself.
However to avoid it being just another boring trip across the country I would like some advice on good sights which can be visited fairly quickly(I know that it is a limited time to drive 1500km(930ish miles)). Secondly and most importantly I would like any advice that people might have on traveling by car in general as I have next to no knowledge about how that would work(where to stay, what to watch out for etc.) in the states.

I just had a small question about spellcraft.. Since I usually play arcane casters I have not really focused that much on what divine casters use it for(Apart from the Lucindites of course). So I just wanted to know if there is a general agreement that it is used to further the powers that people can draw from their diety. That is perform more miraculous feats than just your spells and so on?

There have now been created a forum for discussion about what to do, how people stand and so forth. It is called Storold and the Rift. So please request access to it through the normal procedure, then Dezza or me will approve you as fast as possible.

 I just wanted to make people aware of the Order of the Stick kickstarter event. I am pretty sure that people here on the forums have heard of the comics , but if not then do check them out if you enjoy DnD and RP humor in general. The kickstarter event were initialized to enable some of the old books to get back into print. But at this point I believe there is enough for several rerun prints, so the reasons to pitching in are - You want to buy the cartoons and get a bunch of stuff on top
- You want to support the artist behind the comic

Xaltotun:
Xaltotun is a mage of the Circle, the investigative organization which includes Brualot and Serg amoung others. His skills are self restricted as a sorceror, as he does not seem to understand the full potential of the Al'Noth he can access.
Furthermore he seems to have a knack for investigating and deducing connections between things. So he will certainly be useful for figuring out the truth behind the matters going on at the moment.
Breanna:
Breanna is a diviner who wishes to put her skills to use by searching for lost artifacts and lost things in general. I am still not sure of her general skill in this, but she seems promising and she has a few other skills as well. Namely crafting enchantments and scrolls which are always useful for the organization.
Breannas test: Breanna did a remarkable job on the scrying, however her conclusions about the location were rather faulty. Hopefully she will learn more of the world so that she does not have to think so hard about which cave she was in. However in time she will become stronger and I can already now see a good use for her skills. Now what remains is for her to retrieve the robe and thereby show her resourcefulness.
Clover:
Clover is a sorceress with some trouble understanding the limitations and the implications of the powers she wields. However she is a good lucindite and does not give up because of failure. Furthermore she has a rather personal relationship to me, which should of course not be in the way of our work. First and foremost comes Lucinda, so Clover will also be tested to ensure that she serves to the best of her ability.
