Seem to recall there were issues with similar tile set before. Perhaps someone else will be more explicit. But recall needed gm to pull you out as you logged in or some aspect of video settings for game could be adjusted. I note from another forum entry someone turning off 'shiny water' setting seemed to help them in a similar situation.

My thoughts. I think it is a good possibility for a second or even third character. As Rollinscat said exploring the undead areas means you will have a pc not repeating the same exploring route as previous characters this one would be trying to concentrate on persuading others to do undead areas. The group rp on other quests is a balance and assumes you are keen to be employed mainly as a healer and happy to find creative ways to subdue the battle lust without it becoming a tired record for you and the party. Ther eis certainly plenty of work in big parties keeping people healed and encouraging them to pay for it! one way or another. It can definitely work - it is more about whether this is a role you want. Like I said maybe best a third character.

Thorn stands on a box and announces to passing traders. "Sadly it seems the blight that has befallen the Fallen Angel would appear to have followed them to there holding warehouses in Hempsted too. There is a terrible affliction of unnatural plant growth and in particular the spread of rare pipeweeds. This is a bigger garden than first thought!" He steps off his box, picks it up for possible resale and walks away.

Thanks to GMs for putting on an inspiring number of games, this month in particular. Originality,diversity, and some good old themes from the past - with some common threads binding the RP from one adventure to the next. It's what we need more than anything. So thanks. It's a small player base but it can still get bigger, and what we have is gms and people ready to play! So hats off to all those playing their socks off. Some of these games are not good for my time zone, Tanman in particular there, but where possible I am only too happy to try and be there. So if you are a GM with a small crowd please keep trying!

It is with regret Thistletoe Traders have to announce the demise of Erni Rivolzas the renowned enchanter as he attempted to remove the Dead magic anomaly near Vale. It appears in fact this is a dangerous task and the level of assistance being offered to groups attempting to fix things there will be increased. This extra funding comes by way of a dedicated sweep of the surrounding areas by trained adventurers Magnus and Avran who made an ethical collection of ore and gems in a wide sweep of the lands around Vale. Thistletoe Traders supports all efforts to open these traditional trade routes and the town once known as Vale.

A moment that he surmises has probably lost him money somewhere but one well spent he finally concludes. Without further delay he draws up a scroll and puts it alonside the others. Thistletoe Traders unwilling to see trade routes around the world hampered by ill effects generously supports exploration of the alteration to the AlNoth especially around Vale where efforts are being made to reestablish trade and prosperity. Funding and logistical support will be made available to expeditions destined to solve these issues on an individual basis. "There that ought to get things moving!" he stands back hands on hips to admire his work. But then he is gone, deals to be done, trues to be made.

Why don't you swing by and we can talk unbeatable prices. You might want to bring your own chair, most of the ones south of Center appear to be sawdust. I am sure we can put together some sort of hot deal on an inferno of arrows packing a blazing punch never seen this side of the firey Pits. Sheesh I'm on fire tonight!

He struts about searching for the door.

A Thistletoe Traders representative stops by to check on the commotion. Thorn Thistletoe himself it turns out has arrived to offer tea and sympathy. So Tea, sympathy, and name dropping quickly dispensed he sets aside a space outside to plant an iron framed cloth sign into the ground. "Yes that's real handcarved iron there, made to order, but you could probably spot that right off." He stands back to admire his handiwork. The sign reads; In these terrible times of trouble Thistletoe Traders stands ready to help the Fallen Angels in their time of unfortunate but predictable circumstances. Anyone seeking goods at fair prices while trading rots off somewhat at the Angels should seek out Thistletoe Traders who will step in to try and help where they can. This company can be trusted to remain open all hours until the Angel can be dovetailed back together. "Least I can do for a neighbour!" He reflects with apparent and flamboyant sincerity.

Thistle trading has temporarily closed it's Ox bags while an internal and external review of it's core business is undertaken as part of a top down examination of processes and core areas of business. While this major regrouping exercise is underway trading will be withdrawn though all charitable divisions will remain open during this time. It is expected business will soon reappear with exciting new lines at unbeatable prices. Watch out for special launch oxen and other events coming to a camp site near you soon!

Arfur is glad to have the Captain's innuendo and less than subtle nuances behind him-their obvious and present danger apparently more to his liking he actually appears a little sharper. He switches one of his rapiers with another one stored at the side of his oversized backpack as they approach the cabin. He circles seeking to reassure himself there is no immediate danger, yet like the others he cannot shake the feeling danger is not so very far away. He makes only a perfuctory check for trails seeking to confirm there are signs the creature has exited the immediate area for he is more drawn to the book slipped into a pouch as they arrived. His circle drawn he quickly approaches the book keeper. "Arfur Dumas at your service Sir." He tips his hat and offers a flamboyant salute."I can't help but wonder what we have found there. Luckily for you I am well versed in the written word, the product of endless scroll preparation. But I digress Sir. Might I peruse the book?" He holds out a gloved hand for inspection a fixed smile etched across his otherwise rather intimidating face.

Arfur Dumas is ensconsed at the bar alongside a well known local character Telitoll Sune, a Bard by profession. Teilitoll is buying the drinks and several are lined up before them. Arfur continues his dialogue "Well yes anyway there I was a saphire or two to the good if you understand my painting. Then well then the Stalker, well that's what she called herself anyway up she danced and doing a pretty good job of keeping the bugbears back when up sneaks Rubee the Gnome, not sure what he was doing actually I mean he looked to be looting the dead bugs. Well that's when it happened - tip of the halberd eh thats me, quick as a flash before you could say bend in the Muse I was round behind the Bugbear Battle Mage and one artistic strike to the spine later -down he went, battle over - I'll have some more of these saphires thank you very much!" He looks around slurping at his drink and adds. "Of course it's all a bit hush hush so keep it to yourself and all that!"
