The last standing orders you gave to me I retrieved for you. Then while out on another foray, I ran into Steel's band. They found my information useful and as they were driving deep in an assault that would take them to the heart of the matter, I gave them my services. Upon our return to the surface, the enemy pushed forwards once again, and since I was there at the front, I would help push the enemy back. It would have seemed cowardly for me to turn my back on the same problem that we all have been facing. Besides, I would not leave my friends out there to fight without being by their side. We pushed them back many miles and regained much ground. The enemy then fled, well, what was left of them. With all that I have seen and encountered, I knew this news would be important to you. As others have returned to their homes, I did not, and instead came directly here to you to report. By my reckoning, Sir, the skirmishes I was in, the information I found, has been what you have been seeking. Now, is there something else I may do for you?

At the stable she would arrange the saddling of a horse to take her to Sundance, where a scout or returning messenger would return it. I get that in my inventory all the time. I just learned to keep space available for it. Dropped it once and was afraid it would mess up my character. But I think it has something to do if you own a horse.

My apologies if what I said came across offensive. It was not my intention. If the lesson was to see what things were like for a blind person, I have been in that position many times in battle whether it was cast upon us by my allies or the enemy. And it is a feeling I am not comfortable with at all. A little warning perhaps would let me cast the ability to see in these conditions might have been appropriate. But please do not take my manner as an insult or degrading as it is not the intention. I am Jil and thank you for bidding us welcome in your halls.

Is it always customary to meet guests in total darkness? My previous trips here did no start as such and I would think it rude to those that do not have the ability to see under such conditions. I would hate to bump into someone or their art and ruin it.

Almost all of the caves around here are filled with all kinds of horrid things like what we have already faced. Scouting them will be much more dangerous than scouting the surface. Not only that it will take alot more time than I believe the prisoners have. We have no idea what tunnels or caves stretch out to where, whats in them, the many dead ends ... I am not sure that its a good idea. But as you said, lets run it by Lance and get his take on it.

Its a shame you do not speak as such when dealing with other matters. Other times you are most reserved if you even speak at at all. I wish my words carried such emotion and eloquence as yours do.

*Jil nods and smiles her thanks and follows the others. She looks about the place, relaxed and at ease. It feels good not to be so alert all the time, yet her eyes and manner betray her thoughts, or is her watchful nature so ingrained after all these years? She smiles at the harmonics of the place and sees and understands what Sehky has been telling her about Ilsare. But she wonders, "What does Ilsare think about me?" Am I worthy as well? My bow is my violin, the arrows it's bow. Using different wood arrows and making her draw different lengths, her bow can sing in battle! The beauty of a well carved bow and its song when played right, is this what Ilsare wants or accepts? Perhaps listening to the others, will answer this question to find if she would be of acceptance here. If not, I'm sure Folian would be more accepting of the other aspects of my life. But why not both if possible ...? She listens to the others and their talk ... *

I have the same problem. I "think" the answer is that I am wearing jewelry to increase my INT skills which give me bonus spells. Being bonus' they are reset every log in to each server.
Testing
Removed all INT items. Log out/in Have all Spells
Added +8 INT items normally worn. Got bonus spells in 5 lvls. Log out/in had to re-memorize just the additional spells.
