They were nice fellas though. Didn't even want no loot. Never met nobody fool enough t' give away their share o' the loot before. Heheheh! Ceptin maybe Sirel. They musta realised I did all the heavy liftin. Now, what were their names? There was the knife obsessed one. He was Johnny. And the one with the outlandish, glowing eyes, "Jeeow" somethinorather I think. And the other fella with the wolf on his head. "Fuh", I think he was. What an odd lot. Friendly fellas though.

Hail and well met!
My laptop died and with it my time in Layonara. Finally got a new laptop and have started playing NWN again. I've mostly been playing Diamond Edition but have purchased EE and I'd like to get back into Layonara too. There is a chance that my PC may have owed a coin or two here or there. My apologies and if you still have the IOU lying around I'll be happy to pay it. Now to figure out how to get back in. Also, how many years would a dwarf have aged in 5 RL years?

Slag drops off two bodak's teeth depositing them in the first chest on the left wall. Glad to be rid of them he takes a swig of spirits before venturing out into the rain. He leaves a brief note indicating that he is not sure of the current price for bodak's teeth. //Previous balance 1497 (including delivery of chestnuts)

Slag stumbles in after a rough voyage from Vehl looking paler than usual. He carefully selects a lesser ring of divinity cradling it one hand while running the index finger of the other around the edge while chanting a prayer in Dwarven. He has a brief chat with Ceviran while he fills out a purchase order. This outlines his credit after the recent purchase of an electrical enchantment and the amount of excess that he has paid indicating that his balance now stands at zero.

Have had the same issue with the same character occur just as Slag entered the Battlehelm Moors with Sibbicai. This time I'm unable to log back in. Something suspect surrounding Sib and Slag in the swamps. Silverblades said that he crashed too but I don't know if he managed to log back in. Regards, Eltalstro Edit: I finally managed to log back in and exited into Dapplegreen. I decided to see if I could go back into the Battlehelm moors without it crashing. Managed to make my way through most of the screen before crashing again. Re edit: Turned all video option down to lowest and was able to log in fine.

Slag lumbers in mumbling an out of tune ditty about crushing crabs and tracks sand all through the entry way. He roughly brushes sand from his beard and onto the floor as he tries to cram more glass ingots into a chest. Looking back at his trail he sees Ferrit standing in front of him. She smiles and cordially welcomes him to the shop. They agree that his 57 ingots of glass and 1 bag of sand are worth 5379 true in credit. //edit: correct quantity 55 ingots

I disabled shiny water when Slag was level 4 after a concealed snake terminated him in the Windjammers cave  Must be the tile set. We got out ok in the end.

As per my initial thread I managed to log in as Slag about 30 minutes later and left the Moors. I blame the Lizard folk. They feared our wrath.

Yes outstanding stuff this week. The baby Herman mystery was solved thanks to some sleuth work around Mariner's Hold. Thanks for the great RP from all involved (I struggled to keep up) and especially Brewmaster for the entertaining plot and characters. September has been great! Wish I had stuck around for the Dead magic investigation but was in and out that day.

A squat, grey figure pumps the bellows hard into the furnace with a woosh and a roar. Sweat pours from his brow, dripping from his nose down into his thick, dark beard. The bristly hair of his hands and forearms is singed, and black smudges cover his skin. For months he has delved deeply for ore, straining beneath it's bulk as he staggers from mine to smithy and then returns. The tenacious blue-green of copper ore combines with a black grime to stain his hands. A crooked, downward-curving smile cracks faintly through a stoney visage as shiny, molten copper combines with silvery, flowing tin into neat rows of bright, bronze ingots. Day and night he beats and bends the primitive alloy to his will, delivering brutal, metallurgical sermons with his hammer. Prayers to the Master Crafter murmur through quiet craft halls and smithies and as the seasons progress so too does his skill. Like an automaton of magical origin he rises at dawn, labours trough the day and well past the sun's last rays. Slowly, diligently he beats his path from subterranean walls of stone and ore to the surface. Bench and bellows, furnace and fire, hammer and anvil in the warm surrounds of the artisan's halls. These are the instruments of his religion. These are his sacred artifacts.

Hi, Yes the Vorax membership is through another character. My new character is a follower of Dorand. Lonnarin has helped me with some Deity issues already as I hadn't properly linked Dorand to Slag Bellows. Thanks for your help I really appreciate it. Nga Mihi, Eltalstroneves
