I would love for Galathea to become a sacred fist as it would be far the best fitting second class for her, but there is one big problem.
It says in lore that you are unable to equib weapons - this is no problem as its what the class us about, but it leaves you unable to use tools. Galathea is a berylite priestess and a aspiring gem crafter. Not being to work gems is simply out of the question.
Is there any way around this problem - anything that could resolve the issue?

I have a have couple of questions regarding the MUKh Affair. They are all OOC as IC my characters know the answers, but OOC the player doesnt.
1) I have always taken the named city guards to be IC individuals know to us who pass the gates on a daily basis. I have also seen it roleplayed that way by a GM. Is my assumption correct ?
2) Were the guards slain and then raised or were they replaced or ? I have noted the two candlelights so I assume they are dead, but ... Were it Jacob and friend who were killed? I stopped and called on the GM for this but no reply (IC stopped at the gates and asked/looked).
An OOC clarification of what happended would be a great help for us players who are affected by the affair. It is not my character who is confused its me as a player so please dont ask me to ask IC - I have done and OOC. I am just getting more and more confused.
I would very much like an authorative GM statement on this as the trial on the calendar is during my night and I need to make a decision on it - IC and OOC.

I truly enjoyed that ! My jaw dropped when you first walked up to me and ordered me to "Make way for the cleric of Toran". Teasing Lance might be a hobby of Galatheas but three toranites acting every way as rude and - lets be frank - idiotic as you expect them to was a true pleasure.  For me it was hillarious - three Toranites taking turns to stand right in front of Galathea telling her she was rude and should make way all while Mukh was telling Galathea to kill them (which she never would: kill no, tease them relentless yes). WELL PLAYED! Its not often that you get such an opportunity to freely and rudely insult toranites.... :p Gal

Will we be restarting the quest or will it be postponed now the server is down.
Obviously you lost your setup and now could be a convenient place to halt (assuming we can get them to safety) before deciding whether to investigate the town and the strangers?
Personally I wont be able to stay up half the night due to work so...

Would it be possible to make prepared tobaco weightless or near weightless? As far as I know smoking has no IC benefits, but the weight of the tobaco IS an issue for characters who are not strong. Playing a cleric who (used to) smoke I would love to be able to carry a good selection around, but the pibe weighs as much as a shovel and the tobaco three times as much as a potion.

Dear journal
Since I took the first step on my path to perfection I have seen myself as a healer. One who uses her skills to heal and ward those around her. I treated snakebies, healed griveous wounds and raised the dead. In dungeons dark I have cast wards that protected my companions against the icy touch of the undead.
When I first set out, I did so clad in the shadows of Beryl. Using my magic I stayed unseen and healed my companions, rarely raising my mace or casting offensive spells. Before battles I warded, in battles I healed and after battles I tended the wounded and raised the fallen.
Now I stand before a fork in my path. I have grown and I am no longer a feeble girl with a blunt mace more likely to hurt herself than fell her foes, but an accomplished warrior priestess who may stand tall alongside her companions.
It no longer sufices to stay unseen, but more often than not I need to pacify our opponents with Beryls Pick [Hammer of gods] or fight my way to my striken comrades. Thus I find myself unable to remain hidden.
I see two alternative paths before me now...
One is the path of master Allgo. Combining the spells of priest with skills of a more rougish nature he moves with ease on the field of battle. Seeing a giant about to stomp down a fallen, he strikes unseen from behind and fells the brute with one blow. Traps in our path he safely disarms and when need be he moves unseen about. we are different in nature and I lack his the ease with which he moves, but by observing him and others like Alatriel I am confident I could a style of my own.
The other path is one shown me by all the warriors I know. The examples of Leone, Sil, Chakar and many others has taught me to respect their skillfull moves. I am not as strong as Sil, but neither is Chakar though his magic is arcane in nature. Using the right weapon, using it with skill and knowing how to fight and move in battles would be invaluable to me. To often my lacking skills delay my arrival and cost our comrades dearly.
A decision lies before me.

I am very sorry I had to go afk and then log off suddenly after we came out again. Real life acted up and I had to help out a cousin. If I seemed "short of head" in my answers it was only because I had to type with my left hand. See you all when we go for the mountains!
