Ask A Gamemaster / Can't get unwanted things out of inventory

Hi,

I have two things in my inventory I want to get out but can't.  (1) PC Properties (looks like a hide); (2) Helmet of Armor I (I don't want to drop this one if I need it to upgrade latter to a better one given in a future quest).  I can't drop, sell or transfer these things out.  Please help.

General Discussion / rapier and keen

Can a wizard cast keen spell on a rapier and make it keen?  Rapier properties say it's "piercing" damage, and keen spell says it only works on "slashing" weapons?  Please if anyone knows the answer.  Thanks..

Ask A Gamemaster / bleeding and stabilization

My character (wizard 4th level; no regeneration ability) was killed and lost all hit points...then it said I stopped bleeding and had stabilized and I started gaining hitpoints one-by-one until I recovered.  Question: Does this always happen?  What does it depend on?  My party partner (4th level fighter; no regeneration ability) died as well, but he never stopped bleeding and bled to death and never stabilized...why didn't he stablize as well.
