There are three alters in the Silver Buckle Clinic. They respawn with each reset even when a GM removes them - somehow they seem to have become attached to the module, can this be looked at? Thanks!

I'm trying to change the color of my Hood of the High Courts. I know I did it once but now I can't remember how. none of the various armor modification stations give me the option to change it. what am I missing?

And he insists that he is scouting this mission.
