Mangus returns quickly with 76 ingots of platnum values at 200T each Giving him 15,200 + 3813 =19013T in Credit. "Er'm look'n to git's me some Mithril armor! Er'm save'n up me credits so's Er kin git's me dat Mithril armor!" He say's then leaves.

Still covered in blood from a different debacle, Mangus's disheveled appearance is hardly anything out of the ordinary in Grogs eyes. He is seated at the bar showing tangible adoration to a mug in his hand. He gives Grog a quick nod. "Aye blood! Butchery work! Folk say'n er lassy turned after er few drinks an' done caused er big mess yell'n someth'n about revenge." He thinks inwardly for a moment of all the times he had personally witnessed such a thing. A woman steps up to the bar, has a few drinks, then turns into something disastrous. If this were the one eyed Harpy or one of the many hardly mentionable joints where he and his Dwarven drinking buddy, Gimpy, spend more time than they should, it would be considered a common occurrence. Although, in fairness, in this case, the bloodletting does appear to be a bit more intense than usual. He continues, "folk er say'n she got deh head of er lion er tiger, er dats how she ended up after er few drinks. Er, myself seen er woman go from be'n er ogre to er high elf after Er had me enough drinks but who knows what 'dese folk was see'n? All Er knows is, she left er heckuva mess behind!" With that he quaff's his nepenthe all at once.

Mangus claps his claws together and grunts apreciatively as he considers the dwarf and the halfling. "Right! Yew two an ' me means we got.... We got.... ?" He starts to count claws slowly. He learned a long time ago that mathematics are not his strong suit. But after years of being batted over the head by his grandma he finally figured out a way to at least count to 8 using his claws. He knows from experience that once he gets passed the first hand and starts counting on the other, that's where things get more and more difficult. But in this case, with only the dwarf, the halfling, and himself, he feels less stressed about it. "One fer me," extending one pointed digit, "two fer Gisom" unfolding another finger, "an' one fer Acacae! Dat means we got... We got.. Four? Dats good ain' it? All's we needs is one more an' we'll have... We'll have... six! Hecks! Dat's like hav'n our own little army! Ya!" //So we are aiming for a run at this thing on Thursday, at 3 o'clock pm New York time. The reason for the 3 o'clock start time is we are hopping three different time Zones for the three players we have so far. Our earlybird happens to be off on Thursday so he will be starting at 11am Pacific. We could use a few more heads. If you can squeeze yourself into one of our timeslots on Thursday we sure could use your help. Rave wasn't clowning around when he laid this one down and for that we thank him. If the whole thing crashes and burns we may take another stab at it early on Sunday (early enough to not interfere with the other quest that is being held on Sunday.) So...any takers? You can PM me or RP your way in. Whatever works best for you.//

Mangus takes the Fey horn. His lense tells him that it is valued at 6000 trues. He has 6213 in credit. He askes the counter person if he has enough credit to purchase it?

Mangus wraps up the final patient and without delay heads strait to the bar and orders himself a stiff drink. He listens as Michael and Kat talk about the previous events.

So close to the bar yet so far from it, Mangus finds himself focusing his attentions to the wounded while constantly battling an inner war against well overpowering urges to go to the bar and drink instead. "Whatever done diss, got er mean bite on'm" he mutters with on eye leveled at the bandage he is wrapping on a victim and the other eye trying its best to pour itself a round of bock, knowing it has no chance of any success. He sighs inwardly and resolves to use his healing ability with a will. There will be plenty of time to drink that bock after the patients have been attended to... he thinks to himself, " Next time dat Gromak come er call'n, Er gonna buy deh first round!"

Mangus walks slowly behind the woman with the crooked eye. He is quiet and solum. He stands a good two feet taller than her and largely overshadows her as he stands behind her. At first glance they seem woefully mismatched yet some how, thier opposing dispositions share a kind of ballance. He looks as if he feels a bit out of place and his eyes are strolling thier way to the bar way faster than he seems to wish his body would. He is planely more at ease in seedier joints. He is covered in blood and filth. In a way he does fit in with the mess he and she are now standing among.

Well, well, well!!! Wasn't yesterday an interesting ordeal?! I DO believe, (DM's included) I counted some 17 or 18 odd players. I submit that this is indicative of an RP gamming site (wich, mind you, is still running on that good old NWN engine from the days of yore) that is alive, well and kicking! I don't mind saying, it was truely a super boost for me to see that many folk again! Brought back many wonderful memories! BIG BIG BIG, kudos to the GM team for laying the " yes we are alive and well thank you very much" hammer down. And as big kudos to all the PC's! The RP was just delicious! Thank you everyone! I had a blast!

Mangus stands there still and quiet. He is looking off to an unseen space, the ether, as if his attentions are drawn to a different place. "in deh village..." he mutters to no one in particular, "dey had er wall. Me gramma said it was to keep deh bad things out." He flinches as he is hit by a memory. A cast shadow of some grave event from his past that somehow the gunk of his mind, manages to conceal from his inner awarenes. A blank cover blocking out his own reckoning of that horrible event. The only way to free himself from those thoughts. To function. The mechanism within him staves the memory away yet again and he grunts Orcfully. " Mebe diss wall was built....all dem years ago...to keep something out too? ...To keeps out deh bad things?"

"One round fer me an' Gimpy here Harry!" Mangus drops a few more coins on the rough hewn plank of aged hickory at which he is seated. Seated next to him is a gray bearded dwarf with a peg leg and a patch over his right eye. The two of them pulled up to the bar only moments ago. Mangus could be heard rattling on about some tall story about a quick thinking fellow playing an old school shell game with an overzealous lacky in the middle of a power trip. But the details of his story were vague as the only part that could be heard was the very end as they were entering the bar. The dwarf seemed to be paying just enough attention to ensure that Mangus would buy him a few rounds of drinks. Mangus continued... " Ya see Gimpy, me gramma taught me two things Er don never fergit's! Deh first thing is, iff'n you walks into er card game an' yew don' know who is being played, den yer deh one who's being played!" The dwarf blinks and nods in response, graciously accepting his first round of beer. Mangus continues... "An' deh second thing is... ...is... ...erm... ...Deh second thing Er don' never fergits... ...is... ...Well, it don' matter too much! Deh main point is we was successful in our goal! An' dats all dat matters! Drink up Gimpy! Gonna be Er long night!"
