we have a idea that would involve 3 phases.
Phase I.
we want to set up a spy network within the city of Karthy.
we will enlist locale merchants, barkeeps, hookers, rug rats who ever we can enlist to our cause.
we are looking for info on the military garrison, ie... weapons, uniforms, units and types and numbers of each.
training and moral and of course the actual city defenses.
we are also seeking to find out the state of relations between the local populace and the occupying troops.
how are the civilians being treated, is it a police state with secret police and people being terrorized.
is the population content with there situation,
we are looking for what would the population do to a armed force attempting to take control of karthy, would they stay home and stay out of the range of fire? would they help to defend the city? or would they raise up if supplied with weapons and leadership to help take control away of the existing garrision.
also in phase I.
we will enlist the help of the wolfwoods rangers and any outdoorsmans (pc's) to search rilara for supply routes, forward bases, hidden bases, command and control units, anything that will lead us to find and locate how, where, and when supplies and troops are moving moved around.
in phase I we will also start recruiting and enlisting a army, to be supplied and equiped by the freelancers and any outside sources of aid that we may find
Phase II.
we will start training the army in the art of war. ambushes, movement to contacts, recons in force, deliberate attacks, movement techniques, we will set up command and control elements, supplies, hospitals, engineers, etc.... everything that we would need to have a combative army in the field.
in phase II we will take the intel that we are gathering to setup forward bases of operations and hidden supply caches.
in this phase we will start chosing targets for assasination or kidnapping. depending on the situation that is presented.
Phase II is be largely determined by the intel gathered in phase I.
Phase III
commensement of hostilities.
the freeing of rilara from the grasp of malara.
Phase III battle plan will be determine by the intel gathered.
Phase I will never be finished, without good intel we can't accompish our jobs to the best of our abilities, so intel is what we will constantly be gathering.
