ZeroVega:
Yes but I continue to see him up and about these days. Making little posts here and there. I assume if you tried really really hard you could get a hold of him. :)

Also, bear in mind, that while often containing some truth, not all Legends actually do.

Yep yep, what he said Legends are just that Legends no one really knows if they are real... so you could make up some item and make it a RP item you are looking for. ;)   Willow loves to sing off key in battle it throws off the monsters, they think she is a bard and go after her. hehehehe.. stupid monsters.  Ozy has some really great storys.   You know you don't have to be a story teller eather you could be a preformer. Great feats are your thing... like summoning the girl standing next to you. or falling over and laying there to see if anyones looking at you.   Make jokes while in battle, or just joke while stalking something. Bards are endless possiblities. ;) love bards, thank you Ozy for being one.. you make me happy to see that someone can play a correct bard... like not fighting unless its really needed... yep yep true...   *finds her way out of the room before Ozy finds her*

This is what bards have lore for.  Use the emote wand to make a lore roll.  Then ask the dm what information you know about said situation.

When not a dm around, you can focus on fictional stories, music, etc but when a dm is on you get to shine fully for what bards are special about.

Eg, on my last server, was a particulaar lore master bard, whenever a situation would arrise in an adventure he'd cast legend lore resulting in like a 60 lore skill sometimes.  Dm would effectively tell him everything possible about the scenario, it was as if the bard was a narator for the scenario knowing so much of it.
Such as.. having read in an old dusty tome in a locked vault(which he broke into) in a small country libary in the outskirts of a town on the other side of the country, finding information in medical documents belonging to a foe that needs to be fought.  Documents telling of an ingredient used in certain dwarven beverages that the foe is heavily illurgic too.  Maybe needs 70'ish lore roll? Then the bard can take out the foe with a drink need no fight it and be a hero!
