It has come to our attention that the animals and crops are unwell. We are asking you, as captain of the guards, to help us organize assistance to the people. If you would seek out myself, Honeybee, or Cyrus Whisperwind, we would be most grateful. The Druidess of the Forest of Fog suggested we seek "official" assistance.

An official reply is made via courier that the city is looking into the matter and has preparations in place since the dark times for variences in agricultural production.  It gives a list of official charities that can be contacted for donations (donation centers) and notes that should they have any information that the circumstances are anything other than a natural cycle to please make a report to the council (// post in rumors or send a PM)
