Ships to Voltrex

It seems that ships arriving on Voltrex bearing non-elves are subject to more rigorous inspections than before.
When asked for a reason, none is given.

In addition to the inspections, they are now asking if anyone has seen the ambassador to Voltrex, Triba Gues.

The inspections continue, but the questions on the ambassador are no longer asked.

Word spreads quickly through adventuring circles and those gossipy bard types for people of even-minded nature, the ability to think on the spot, and an appeal for matters of elven-kind to arrive as urgently as possible to the docks of Lor in the continent of Dregar to meet with the ambassador of Voltrex and discuss important matters.

They are advised to bring enough supplies for a long trip and a lot of patience as all things elven go.
