Petition in front of the town concil of Hempstead

*Rain goes to the town council and leaves them a message*

As one of the people that will be representing Muhkuman, I have the right to speak to him before the trial day. As I have heard, no one has been able to see him as of yet to get his version of the events.

I there by summon the council to let me, Pharros and any others we so chooses to be co representative of Muhkuman, to have the rights of visit with our client.

Failure to do so, will prove to the citizen of hempstead, that justice is not impartial in their town and will further bring more proceeding as the verdict will be appealed in front of the Rofirein Courts.

Signed
Rain In'Darsus

Mister In'Darsus,

It is acceptable to have a supervised meeting with the murderer at a mutually agreeable time for the city and yourself.  He is being kept comfortable in a properly sized cell until his sentencing.

Kindest Regards,
