A town guard spotted Lance Stargazer on his mount and overheard a conversation with a stable boy.

A trapper and trader in skins mentions meetings among druids that have taken place during previous months, preparing for something... something big.

A ranger whom you run into while taking shelter from a thunderstorm even mentions that the High Druid of the West is on his way to a gathering in the Great Forest.

Something seems to be going on in the Horn Kingdom, the northernmost Kingdom on Belinara. Something of import? Perhaps.[/SIZE]

As the rumours of such purposeful meanderings amongst the Great Forest of those in the know grows so too do the reported sightings of groups of Drachs and ever more formidable, sights of Great Dragons flying low over the borders of Kuhl where they meet the Forest.

Before long Hilm scouts start to make reports that the Dragon flights are ranging deeper into territory to which they do not belong. Are they too searching for something?

With the reports of the dragon flights, the Lord Protector is advised to bring his troops to a state of readiness, and to increase the strength of the border patrols.

*After some days The white steed of Lance Stargazer is seen raiding fast thru the Castle Gates, his face and gestures with a gesture  of urgency, as the portayer of news , he's seen entering the castle in hurry *
