*A tired and bedraggled Portlie Dumas distributes raw foodstuffs at Center and the Dumas brother's home town of Hlint to try to help relieve the pressure of the famine. Along the way, he comes across Jilseponie Kendall and offers her some raw foods as well to help spread the goodwill even further.*

//Chests have been placed in Center and Hlint for anyone who wants to use the raw materials to help make food for the famine relief.
