A Happy Day in Vehl

*The lives of some of Vehl's poorest citizens was made a lighter, a little brighter today with the release of 1,000 care packages courtesy of The Vault Bank. Queues stretched for three dockside blocks as Vehl's numerous disadvantaged waited for hours to take possession of their gifts.

Arkolio Salvorre, principal of the banking institution, was said to be on hand the whole time, all smiles, warmth and highly visible generosity.

Various citizen's referred to him as " A ray of sunshine in their darkest night" ... and other complimentary references.
