CNR and Crafting Feats

There are a number of crafting feats that were added I believe in Hoards of the underdark. I notice that these are still around in Layo.

I had assumed that we were not supposed to take these crafting feats, and I thought I had remembered reading about not taking these feats, but, as I look now, I cannot find any rule on it.

So, I have two requests here. One, can we get a clarification of this rule put somewhere and 2, if someone had accidentally taken this feat, not knowing the rule, can they get that feat removed and take another instead?

If I remember right, these Feats do not have any effect on the chance of crafting on CNR.  So, you CAN take them if you so desire, but they won't help anything and you would be wasting your skill points.
