Fur, Fang and Wisdom

Letters and word of mouth spread the roumor that a young ranger of the Wolfswood just recently returned to the den, bringing with him troubling news, strange ideas and requests, calling for not only a meeting of those inclined to find a way to deal with the famine situation. And as every crisis is a possibility for change, he suggests to create a stronger bond with the people of the cities and farms for the benefit of both. He suggests a meeting, both to get to know each other as well as finding a means to ensure the long-term safety of the hunting grounds and the balance between nature and cities, even bringing nature to the cities - a synergy, perhaps, a hope to lessen the destructive nature of fast-sprawling civilisations without wishing for its death. Of course, he would never say so - just that steps need to be taken now, or everying with head for a cycle of destruction, chaos and entropy. That there needs to be mutual understanding, as both sides could profit from a slowly and carefully build relationsship.
Pointing towards the similarities instead of the differences - if it succeeds, the trials of today and tomorrow can be easier overcome together than seperated into dissenting groups wasting their energy to fight each other.

Everyone had to prove their right to live on this plane from time to time, seems this was the tide again. A lack of understanding and compassion, on both sides. He hoped that Bris was alive and getting it done, since his own plan wasn't going too well.
Maybe they had to break it down to smaller numbers and groups, as usual. However, he had no idea who he could trust, and Master Enzo was away a lot. He could ask Maran, perhaps, but he had no idea where to find him anyway.
And among the multitude of paths, the chances to find the right one got worse and worse. He had to be in too many places at once. Keeping both sides from doing harm. Seeing to it that not too many children ended up as slaves, which were called differently here, but in the end, it was the same. Words. Words cannot feed you. At best, they can teach you how to feed you. He needed to get the various sides to work together. There was still the problem of Rael, Briardusk and so forth.
So he continued to talk. Talk, talk, see, find out. Used various disguises in the cities, while among his friends and in nature he could walk without a second skin.
