Do you need Potions of Heal but can't make them or can't afford to buy them?
If so, collect the stuff and Xaltotun will be happy to make them for you for a small fraction of the original price.
All you need to collect is (per potion):
2 x Sapphire minerals or 8 x Sapphire dusts
4 x Purple Mushrooms
3 x Ginseng Root
3 x Bodak's Teeth
