Looking for a Tinker

I have amassed a quantity of glass ingots and coal that I would like made into fourth circle crystal rods.  I have enough for about 15 rods.  I am looking for a tinker willing to help me by crafting these for me.  Any reasonable offer will be considered.  I understand that success may not be guaranteed and will take that into account.  I would like to have the tinker capable of at least a 50/50 chance on each rod but price is negotiable.   Please contact me if you are interested. With my success rate, that means more rods. The 1/4 of the rods you give will be less noticeable then the 50% success rate you are willing to except from another tinkerer.
 
 15 chances. 85% success. Say 12 rods made. 3 rods kept by me. You get 9 rods and pay 36,000 coins.

Thanks for the offer.  I am interested in keeping as many rods as possible.  How much would you charge per rod if I keep al of the successes?

 I would like some rods in return. If you are willing to accept a tinkerer with only a 50% chance, then a tinkerer with a better chance would still yield you more rods even you giving up two or three rods.
 
 I am certain money is no object to you, nor is it to me, hence only charging 4,000 coins per rod. Therefore, the rods would be a much better deal than just charging for coin.
