haste ring or amulet?

Is there such a thing as a ring or amulet that can cast hast once or twice a day? If so how much

There are no haste items in Layonara. Haste is an incredibly powerful tool, and if there were such items there are those with the resources to make sure that they have enough of them to perma-haste. Besides, by keeping Haste off of items, it increases the needs/reasons for taking along an arcane caster in a party.

I am sure that is true. As I was asking this thinking that a little haste when trying to get away from big nasties that what to smash me to goo. what about expeditious retreat on an item. The scroll is quite easy to get but only a few classes can use it.

For your purposes, there are potions of speed.  They will make you run faster, to get away in times like that.

that is true I guess getting a few of those would do. How much do they go for?

Based on the ingredients, usefulness, and difficulty in making these potions, I'd say they should go for about 750-1000 GP each.  They can be real life savers.
