Need a Cloak for warmth

*Shadowleaf ltakes off his pack and lays his bow on table.  Pulls some parchement from pack and posts a note on merchant traders wall.  note reads.....
"I have made a journey to the harsh cold regions of Krashin and found the climate there to be quite unforgiving..  Is there a merchant who has a type of cloak for sale that will protect me from the frigid cold ?....  (*signed).. Shadowleaf A'nadivian"

Hi Shadowleaf! (Cool name!)

What kind of cloak would you like? One that helps you hide better? One that casts magic to help you hide better? (I'm just taking a wild shot in the dark here, but you like sneaking!) One that's made specifically for the cold from the skins of northern wolves? If you would like, we can look at what cloaks the Angel's Guild has in stock, I'm afraid we lost some of them in the recent flood though. But most are easy to reproduce.

And you wouldn't have to pay all the coin all at once! The Angel's has a credit system where you bring us stuff, we give you credit for them, but this credit can only be used in our shop to buy things we have. So here's a little list of a small range of natural resources that could be brought in.

Dear sir or Ma'am,

It sounds what you are looking for is a cloak made from the fur of a winter wolf - it lives in cold climates, so it uniquely suited for such a cloak; it is sometimes referred to as a cloak of the North. Alternatively, if you are looking fro truly strong protection against cold, I could craft for you a full suit of polar bear leathers.

//The cloak gives +5 saves v. cold, the armor give 20/- v. cold damage. Neither of these items (nor any item in the game) will protect you from the mechanical, environmental effects of cold weather (the loss of dex and movement speed, however).
