just a thought here Tegs, nice you put a time limit on your auction, but isnt it kinda unfair to those people that couldn t sit by the computer all day, putting bids in at the last second? Some of us have to work for a living
True mate... but then the same could be said of every previous item thats ever went up for an auction. Most had exact time finishes on, or if they didn't, just waited for the seller to log on and post completion.
The only other ways would be a first come first served.... which means people may not even get a chance to bid if the Auction starts in their bedtime/work-time...ect
Or to allow bidding to continue until no one else enters a bid for a set amount of time. In which case the richest person will always win, and you could be waiting quite some time before you even get your item if straggler's keep adding extra bids after a few days have passed.
Fairest way it could be done I think.
Either way, Sall gets half of that True ( or he should! )... so Im happy regardless
