Title: Seeking a master armorsmith

I have obtained a supply of cobalt ore sufficient for the production of a set of cobalt full plate armor.  I am seeking a craftsman capable to creating this master work and the price for hiring his services.  Please send word to me at the temple in Fort Llast.
