Dear Master Stygian,
I recently visited the old crypts in Krandor to put some old bones to rest. While I cleansed the entrance of the undead I also thought that I might as well sweep some of the dirt and dust for you with a trusty broom while I was there. That way it is twice cleaned is it not?
I shall pick up some more for you on my next visit, though I cannot fathom what its uses, are save perhaps the gravekeepers being cheered up somewhat (though I daresay they probably need a good laugh)
