//I've got a CDQ at 7pm EDT, but I'm pretty sure it won't go more than two hours.  I hope to be there.

I'm going to have to give you a definite "maybe" on this one.  This may or may not be a busy evening for me back here IRL.  If I can't make it, it's not for lack of interest. :)

While in Hlint, Rojo glances at notice and muses on the fact he has never heard of the Lost Souls Swamp. Thinks to himself, that this would be a perfect opportunity to learn more about the geography and history and mentally notes to show up at the scheduled time.

*Yashilla finishes up her purchase of rations while in the Wild Surge for her upcoming trip to Dregar and finds the note.*

I hope my business doesn't keep me too long, it'd be nice to see them again.

//I am sorry that I (Klaugraquene) had to drop out of the group after we reached Himlad.  RL (sick kid) had to come first.  I hope that the rest of the trip was successful for all of you that remained.  I am really disappointed because RL restricts my time online and this quest is one of the VERY few that actually fit my schedule perfectly.  As it is, my few nights online per week (9pm - midnight Eastern) consists mainly of RP and mining, which is fine, but hardly a way to put my mark on the world.  And it's hard (and I'm not alone from some of the posts I've read) to watch other PCs pass me by XP-wise.  But hey, at least I have a place to go to where I can escape from RL and its insanity (3 yr old twins and a 2 yr old).

Sorry for the whining, but having to drop out last night really depressed me.

I agree jj, this was the perfect quest time slot for me! Thanks to Plen and Bris for showing me something I never knew existed in Rilara. I will visit there again sometime to study the puzzles.

I agree.  Good stuff there.  Thanks to orth, Ice and Pan for their guidance and spinning of tales.

With the exception of the bridges, I didn't really see anything new, but I did get a new perspective on some things.

*makes a note to catch the rest of the story from Triba*

yes, I agree also.. thanks for the wonderful trip. Like I said I've stepped in Bone Hill but turned away afraid of some massive spawn.. but that puzzled completely blew my mind, brings a whole new perspective on the game, glad to see there are stuff out there like that challenging our minds. A good puzzle to challenge our knowledge of the history, anywho.. thanks Triba for the excellent scouting and Plen for the excellent group control, hopefully I have sometime to jot down more of Triba story telling.

//I also had a wonderful time and managed to see the richness that this world has to offer. This time slot fit in perfectly for me and the well controlled expedition by Plenarius and Triba, makes me look forward to participating in others and becoming more involved.

Hmm. Just for the record everyone, this was Bris' idea and I see no thanks to her, which she is well deserved.

She wanted to drag Plen out of his home to get him some fresh air and came up with this idea.  I just chose the original destination, which we never happened to make it to.  Many thanks should go to her for initiating this as Plen has been worried with his token count high.  Not to mention the thought of going to the Tol'eflor grounds was her idea too.  There was a lot that she didn't get to recount about her experience there, that we'll have to try another time.  Please remember Brisbane is Brisbane, not just Plenarius' wife (or orth's sweetheart) :)

        --

At the recent world meeting someone mentioned how it seems a lot of people get lost in the shuffle when there are high level/epics around.  I despair this issue, as I always thought it was our fault for taking over the party.  But I think the blame is partially on the other party members who's perceptions of the high level/epics makes them forget about the other voices around.

Remember what Galadrel said to Frodo.

Even the smallest person can change the course of the future.

P.S. Bris didn't really want me to write this but when I noticed no mention of her it really bothered me.  So if you don't see orth around for a bit, he's in the doghouse ;)

Thank you to Bris for coming up with the idea and locations.  This is the type of thing I like to see and encourage.  Players coming up with things to do and showing new players around so that they see more of the world and hear parts of the history of it.  Good job.
*looks in the doghouse door at Orth then smiles and waves*  :)
