Black dragon spotted near Fort Velensk

*Posted on a few inns on Mistone.*

A massive black dragon was spotted in the outskirts of Fort Velensk heading southwards. Our group IIwe, Dorena  , Rufus and myself tried to track it down but were unsuccessful. We lost it right at the gates Fort Velensk. Also an unnamed ranger seems to be looking for it as well before the dragon was sighted. Fellow adventurers are advised to take caution when travelling near Fort Velensk. Help spread the word and contact any nearest law authorities if you see it.
