Recently, several disturbing incidents were witnessed. There was a gnoll perpetration of the township of Hlint, after some individuals with wild beasts roamed town, gnolls entered town upon their heels it seems. Some oxen were slain as a result. I believe all those of a martial disposition or belonging to martial orders, upholding the law, should take it upon themselves to enforce it as such. Allow no wild beasts unless on leash into the town. All entering town should not bear weapons upon their arms, nor wear any heavy armor, unless part of the guard. Since the bank I close at the gates, a guard is needed there just as well. I believe this is needed, since Guard in town is apparently not managing guarding well. West side of town has no guards.
