Tarot Readings, by Matilda
« on: July 10, 2005, 09:43:00 am »
I have been a reader of Tarot cards for most of my life. Until recently, I have not had the desire to expose this art to others. But, as of late, I have felt a desire to lend this mystic vision of the spirits to others.

Each night, as I am within Hlint, I will gladly preform a tarot reading for a small fee of gold for the time. May the secrets of your past, present, and future be brought unto you by the cards.

- Matilda Landsend.

*walks up behind Bruenor and taps him on the shoulder*
'ann Poh'arur. It's a type of Divination not Necromancy. Reading the cards to give you a rough description of an answer for a question you've asked. Probably is quite easy to scam people though...

*walks up behind Tath*

If it is a scam, it is a helpfull one ...

*writes a note*

If you seek guidance, then a card reading cannot hurt. I reccomend it.

Noticing the condition of the note, and the reactions she has been given as of late, she tears it down. Her dry sense of humor taking over herself once again, she places one over it. The text, this time, is flowing, and the dark purple script on the parchment seems to shine brightly in the sunlight, and have a faint glow in the evening. The original message remains.

*see's the ripped down messages in the trash can* Hrmm ... that wouldn't be like her would it? I guess someone didn't like the idea much ...

*trys to straighten out the notes as best he can, and then posts them back up*

There we go ...

Somehow, the more it is ripped down, the more they appear. Soon the whole town has a notice on it. Everywhere these little notices are exposed for all to see. Now, however, the paper is solid black and a brillant blue ink expresses the service.

It seems her sense of humor exposes itself again.
