Tcho look for work with other adventurers, maybe you need him to carry lots of rocks, woods, maybe you need him to travel with you, maybe you hire him if you do.  You find Tcho in Hlint, we talk about price for services, he works hard for you.

//Mondays through Fridays I'll only be able to play from the times of 8 PM to around 12 AM PST, and on weekends whenever I'm available.  Please keep this in mind if you'd like my character to help yours.

You mean tactics when half-party comes up with a plan and other half not there to hear it, then gets mad because person from other half not know plan, sees someone being attack, goes and helps fight.  If that's what you call tactics then Tcho not want to work for you anyways.  That's how people get killed, like Tcho almost did.
