* People travelling northern Dregar, going for instance from Hurm to North Point, or from Dalanthar to Highpass Fort, hear talk of dangers stalking the night. The roads are no longer safe it is rumoured and the locals in the taverns speak of monsters and beasts that were spotted here and there.
No evidence of these rumours exists, but people are generaly making sure to reach the safety of town or village gates before nightfall. The gates, previously often left open at night, are mostly shut these days. *
