Official Date request

I need to know when this event happened officially. My character Buddy was on the quest.

I believe it was some time after 1408 but before 1420.  I tried to find the proper time. The date conversion of the quest says that it was the year 1448. 1448 is way off the time line of events as the event happened during the dark times. The dark times ended in 1420.
