I know that for tumble it's only the number of points spent on a level up that counts. But for Spell craft check, does the intelligence bonus points added after the level up counts?

I was confused my appologies. I know that tumble only take the points before modification for the addition to ac. But it's good to know that for the saves, all points and bonuses due to intelligence and items will be taken into account.
