I had several CDT entries written for one of my characters prior to them ever appearing in game - thoughts, prejudices, perspectives and ideals, etc - extensions on things that could have been included in his bio ... so feel free to write away!
As merlin said probably best to wait until the character is approved before posting them, that way you avoid the rewrites, edits and possible deletions of CDT entries when something in the original bio might need to be changed (oh no! The ten pages I had written about his upbringing in the dark elven king's palace no longer makes sense!)
